Guacamole is so yummy!! I love it and it is so expensive in points I rarely feel like I can indulge. Well all that is over this recipe lets me be greedy and skinny. Yea!

Light Guacamole

Adapted from Clean Eating
4 Servings
2 Points/Serving

1 avocado, diced
1/4 english cucumber, diced
1 tbsp red onion, minced
1 tbsp cilantro, minced
1/4 tsp each coriander and cumin
juice of one lime
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl mix and enjoy.

Spicy Curry Dip

Spicy Curry DipI was never a big fan of carrot sticks but now I can have a whole cup with out wasting precious points I am in love. I feel like I need something with my carrots. My husband has noticed that I have become a “Dip Queen.” I am willing to try just about any dip with two or less points. I am learning that fat free yogurt is the best way to distribute flavor without adding too many calories. All that to say I am loving this Weight Watchers Spicy Curry Dip. I have added a few things as is my way I hope you enjoy.

Spicy Curry Dip

6 oz plain fat free Greek yogurt
2 oz diced cucumber
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp seasoned pepper

Combine the ingredients and mix well.
One serving is about 2 tbsp and costs 0 points!!
